Beautiful La Vivienda Villa is a private retreat for you to discover the serenity of the Oaxacan coast. This lovely villa is in an upscale neighborhood in Santa Cruz, part of beautiful Huatulco, Oaxaca. Only minutes from multiple beaches either walking or by taxi. Visit a different bay every day. Experience tranquility and peace in beautiful Huatulco!
The bottom floor is a small apartment with kitchenette and we have two lovely outside rooms on the second level with separate entrances. The villa sits on top with three rooms rented individually and all the privacy you require. The outdoor pool is available for all our guests. Or use the living area, kitchen, and rooftop deck too. Fantastic for family vacations or for couples. Enjoy your morning coffee up high with the parrots and jungle views!
A Perfect Day at La Vivienda Villa
Wake up at La Vivienda and have your coffee in the morning by the pool. Or take a 5 minute walk down to the Santa Cruz park for a cup of Huatulco's famous local coffee!
Walk down to Playa Santa Cruz beach or grab a taxi for a 5-10 minute drive to one of the beautiful beaches in the area.
Swim, snorkel and eat fresh seafood on the beach before returning to La Vivienda. Enjoy a superb dinner out in La Crucesita or cook something in our kitchen.
End the perfect day with a cocktail on the rooftop terrace watching the sun set on the jungle!
La Vivienda Villa has 5 rooms, two outside and 3 inside and sleeps a total of 14 persons. Our rooms are rented separately. Our onsite caretaker, Mirabel, will make you feel welcome and have coffee waiting for you every morning in time to listen to the myriad of birds and parrots by the pool.
All our guests have access to a full kitchen if you wish to prepare a snack or meal for yourself. Also sit by our lovely pool or on our rooftop deck and have a cocktail in the evening. All rooms have their own mini fridge and air-conditioning.
Only the rooms outside the villa have a TV. Living room is available for all guests with full cable, Netflix and WI-FI included.
