We do not do refunds through this direct booking service for NIGHTLY rates. If you want to have the option of refundable nightly rates you may book through our booking engine at https://www.booking.com/Share-Ftu1VMS however, we cannot guarantee you will receive the same rates. The booking sites may apply their additional fees or discounts which we are unable to control.
However, if you cannot honor your nightly reservation we are happy to accommodate you by booking different dates for you provided those dates are available. Does not apply to Xmas or Semana Santa.

For Direct Bookings only:
Fully refundable if cancelled 60 days only before reservation arrival ( $50 admin/cancellation fee applies).
50% refundable if cancelled 30 days only before reservation arrival ($50 admin/cancellation fee applies)
Completely Non-refundable if cancelled WITHIN 30 days of reservation arrival ($50 admin/cancellation fee applies)
Please note, however, if you need to change your vacation dates we would be happy to do so at no charge provided we have availability.
